The house Maison 4 consists of two independent accommodations on two levels. Purchased in 2018 still under construction, we have personally done a lot of the work needed for its arrangement.
About us
Hi, we are Franca and Andrea, we live with our family just a few steps from the Maison 4 house.
We have been living here for over 20 years and are very fond of this location, so we are dedicating ourselves to make it available to other people.
We are also passionate about ski mountaineering and hiking and we can give you all the information you need to organize trips in the area in relation to your training and preparation.
The house
The idea was to create a thrifty house but with a strong personality and a particular attention to ecological aspects and energy saving:
- the walls, the floors and the windows have strong insulation performance (the house is in the energy class A);
- the house is heated with only renewable sources (wood and pellets);
- presence of passive systems (solar greenhouse) and active systems (photovoltaic system) for the capture of the sun;
- the interior cladding and insulation materials are all environmentally friendly (wax-treated fir, natural lime plaster, linoleum flooring, wool carpets).
A special feature: we offer free charging service for electric cars.
